Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

Domestic orders within Switzerland are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. International orders are dispatched once a week on the first business day (typically Monday, or the next business day following a public holiday). The delivery period begins from the dispatch date. Once your package is on its way, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number to you.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on orders over 199 CHF. For deliveries within Switzerland, your package typically arrives within 1-2 business days after dispatch. During holidays or peak seasons, domestic delivery may take up to 10-12 days. Delivery times for international shipments vary significantly depending on the final destination. Duties and Taxes

VAT and customs duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost. For international orders, local taxes and customs duties may apply upon arrival. The payment of these fees is the full responsibility of the recipient. We cannot control or predict the amount of these charges. For more details, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Lost Packages

All our local shipments are insured. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please let us know. In confirmed cases of loss, we will send you a replacement. Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
