Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

The cost of the item will be refunded in full; however, original shipping costs, local taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is also the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned in its original packaging. A refund will not be possible if the item is damaged.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
